Like bees and termites, naked mole-rat colonies have a single breeding "queen" while everyone else is a sterile worker or soldier or some such. So every time I go visit the eusocial little rodents at the zoo I half-expect to see something like this. ... but they're never this distinguishable or organized.
Come to think of it, the bees aren't much better. Hmm.
